Artist's private studio is in Bushwick, Brooklyn; walking distance from J-Chauncey St & L-Bushwick-Aberdeen train stations & free street parking. Not Handicap-Accessible/ Walk-up. Full address & additional care instructions will be emailed. Travel fees are emailed; Fees range $25-$250 throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC. Outside of NYC: TBD

Limit same-day physical activities after appointments. Schedule jagua adornments earlier in the day; do not sleep with jagua on. Get nails, wax, spray tans before appointments. Avoid water for 24 hours after henna/hengua. Do not get adorned the same day as your event; Full stain development takes 48 hours. No food/drinks in studio / Masks encouraged

Lateness Policy
Calculate your travel times out in advance! Plan for Traffic & weather delays & arrive on time to ensure best work, being considerate of other clients & commitments. If more than 5 minutes late, a late fee will be applied at $2 per minute. If more than 30 minutes late, appointment may have to be cancelled or shortened and fees will be forfeited and/or charged.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Fees are nonrefundable. Rescheduling availability is not guaranteed. Cancellations less than 1 week from appointment are subject to a 50% forfeiture of service rate. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to appointment are subject to surrender of full service fee. If there is ever a reason artist suddenly become unavailable, another artist can be subcontracted. Otherwise, payments would be refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
